Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026. By using MorningKeep, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
MorningKeep is a personal capture and reflection product for iPhone, Apple Watch, Android, and Wear OS. It is not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice service.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You give MorningKeep only the limited rights needed to store, synchronize, and process that content at your direction to provide the service. You are responsible for content you capture and for reviewing every suggested outcome.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your Apple and MorningKeep account security. Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass its security and allowance controls, interfere with others, or use it unlawfully.
4. Rise and Dawn
Rise is the free tier. Dawn is offered at $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year and may include a seven-day introductory trial when the store shows you as eligible. Purchases, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and local-currency presentation are handled by Apple under App Store terms, or by Google under Google Play terms when you subscribe on Android. Legacy Lifetime is not sold and is recognized only for verified historical receipts.
5. Availability and changes
Features may depend on device capability, Apple services, permissions, connectivity, and bounded cloud allowances. MorningKeep may change or discontinue features, but will not represent an unfinished remote deletion as complete or permit model output to bypass your approval for a reminder or calendar event on any platform.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Mabry Ventures LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of generated suggestions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mabry Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing law and contact
